Everyone is “now” offering free on-line home evaluations …. So what’s so good about what we do and why are we different? Simply we don’t!

That right - we still do it the old fashioned way providing a three-step process.

1. We come on site and you.. get to present your home as you know it and have come to love. We will take notes and ask questions to make ourselves totally informed of your home.
2. Next we take the information back to the office and work to develop a market comparison model of your property to those sold within the last three months in your location. If we do not have at least 3 comparable properties we expand the search criteria. This is what is meant by a market comparison.
3. We come back to your home to verify information and present our findings giving you another opportunity to ask questions or point out things you may have omitted on the initial visit. We present a price range incorporating current market conditions that your house could sell for with a suggested list price and strategy.

That’s it, simple, sweet and accurate.
